I suggest you to make a group of 3-5 that expertise in each area... That way the worked will disturbed evenly without any troubles. The Demon power increases at special interactions, I don't know about the game files sadly, because I'm playing mobile but for the demon power to increase you need to find the special interactions, and each time the demon power increases you get another ability or your abilities change, one special interaction is with the stalker as I remember
